Inspired by ancient wisdom and intertwined with what we know now about mental health and wellness, I offer these services and resources to help you become more aware of unhelpful coping mechanisms that have been unconsciously ingrained into your body and that may play out as damaging automatic responses. Together we find new ways of thinking, of feeling, and of incorporating healthier strategies to live a life with more ease and playfulness.

As living beings we are all susceptible to hardships that contribute to the way we view and go about living our lives. Sometimes that means we go about life in “survival mode”. My goal is to help you move through that and instead of just living life, helping you to actually experience it.
